Painted Lotus Incense Burner

This beautiful lotus incense burner is made of carved wood and then hand painted.

Handmade in Nepal, it is designed to fit Tibetan style incense sticks or can be used for cone incense.

In many cultures, the lotus flower represents purity and peace, blooming through the mud.  As it grows out of and sits on top of muddy waters, the lotus symbolizes wisdom, compassion, and healing.
